Am thinking about joining a slimming club. Am not overweight but have always been either underweight or at the bottom end of the ok range and am now middle. Need to try not to let DH find out as he thinks I look better without a rabbit arse (don't know what that actually means Confused) but usual trick of eating more sensibly isn't working and feel quite unwell at the moment so things like 5:2 are a no no. What would you recommend? Want to lose about 3-4kg

I'm not sure they'd have you tbh - based on knowledge of SW you have to have minimum half a stone to lose and your target has to be a healthy BMI which it sounds like you are already. Would MFP work for you? are you addressing whatever is making you feel unwell?

Trying to, think it's gynae related but trying to improve diet etc. have downloaded mfp after reading these boards (inspired) so will have a go at that. My friend does slimming world (I think) and she is already super slim, I was surprised as she has lost a lot of weight and still going. Thanks for the advice - appreciated!!
