Am thinking about joining a slimming club. Am not overweight but have always been either underweight or at the bottom end of the ok range and am now middle. Need to try not to let DH find out as he thinks I look better without a rabbit arse (don't know what that actually means
) but usual trick of eating more sensibly isn't working and feel quite unwell at the moment so things like 5:2 are a no no. What would you recommend? Want to lose about 3-4kg
