hello! my dd is 11 and half weeks old. I didn't gain hugely in pregnancy - 13 kilos (and 4 of that was dd) but was not exactly skinny to begin with. Around 72kg and 5'10'' or so.
So - now I am 75kg but just don't look right. Looks like there is much more than 3 kg still hanging around - think it is just distributed in places where there didn't use to be any. Round my tummy etc. With winter coming on I would just bundle on a sweater and not worry too much. But I am heading to the Southern Hemisphere in 5 weeks time for a few months and it is going to be SUMMER there - so need to slim dwn and tone up FAST!! I am bfing, which I've been told makes you hang on to that last little bit of weight - and it also seems to make me crave carbs.
Any suggestions? Need support!

jeez woman, give yourself a break! You've just had a baby, no-one's asking you to look like Elle McPherson.

However, I bet once your in a warmer climate, you'll feel less hungry and probably be a bit more active and outdoorsy, and those few kilos will come off without too much effort.

In the meantime, try and take it easy with the carbs - eating refined carbs especially makes you crave them even more. Eat wholemeal bread rather than white, etc.

ah, but that's the thing - I WILL be expected to look like Elle McPherson. Have a hugely competitive set of friends back home who will all be expecting me to swan off the plane with glossy hair and gorgeous babe, looking lean of limb and tight of buttock. Well, 2out of 4 ain't bad (my baby is soooo gorgeous and my hair is glossy if I have time to condition it)
I am also a manic over-achiever, so I don't improve the situation.
Thanks for the support though. I have just signed up to WW online, which will hopefully kickstart a bit of a loss
