Gone reallly well today. although i am a little hungry!!! drank lots of water so been on the loo all day. going to gym tomorrow should be a good loss next wed if i keep this up

Good luck - I found the first week soooooooo hard - every day felt like a year... Week 13 now and it's much easier! Sounds like you're doing really well - don't overdo it though - if you're hungry make sure you eat something, even if it's only an apple or some grapes or something. You don't want your body starving itself because then it'll shut down and you won't lose weight.

Are you following a particular plan or just cutting down?

hi dottydot following rosemary conley finding it really difficult, having strange craving for butter, as i've only just started i am on a reduced calorie intake (kick start for 2 weeks).get weighed wed and i'm dreading it!!!
