I have no idea what my weight is but I reckon I have about a stone to lose, and keep off.
I'm a bit rubbish at diets, have done weight watches online once before which was good for me because it's very flexible. But I can't afford the fees at the moment.
At mealtimes I don't overeat, this is because savoury food I can take or leave. I often leave some of my meal.
My main problem is a MASSIVE sweet tooth. I always want pudding! And I snack and it's always chocolate or sweets. I crave sugar and I feel it's a bit of an addiction. But I've always been like this since I was a child-I used to eat sugar out the sugar bowl, and steal the dog's chocolate treats!
I have limited time to exercise due to work/baby/older child with SN. But I could do something if it's free or very cheap and I can do it in the evenings. There's a park at the end of my road so I could start running once the evenings become a bit lighter.
So I guess I need to cut out the sweet treats. But how?
What diets are good for someone who like me, that will help me cut out the sugar, lose a bit of weight and keep it off?
