JuiceMaster Five Pounds in Five Days - how do you keep the weight off?

Hi all, Im starting the Jason Vale Five Day Juice Detox tomorrow. I just want to ask if anyone else has done it and how they kept the weight off? I am doing it as a lastminute boost as I am getting married in just under two weeks. I want to lose four pounds and keep them off but dont think I can bear to juice completely for too long! Im thinking maybe of having a juice for breakfast, salad/soup lunch, chicken salad dinner after the five days but am scared that will still be too much food at that stage. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi, the Jason Vale does say to have a meal in the evening. But IIWM (to lose weight fast) I'd cut out all alcohol, Teas coffees and fizzy chemically sweetened drinks, and always eat before 7.30. p.m. Drink water or green and mint tea.

DD2 lost a stone on it and looked amazing but has put on half a stone since coming off. I 've kept off 3 stone on the Paul Mackenna but it took longer of course!

Hi there,
I did it last year and lost 5llb, then again after Christmas and lost another 5. I've kept it off, and am now back to my pre-baby weight. I've gone back to eating normally, but it got me interested in healthier eating and so I'm juicing every day now, plus cutting out junk food and trying recipes from Deliciously Ella and other similar books. If I over indulge I juice for a day or two to counteract it.
Good luck, and congrats on the wedding!

I have what I call my green buggery juice every lunchtime. I hate it but I feel it's so full of good stuff it must be doing me good.

Hopefully I'm losing weight too. Breakfast is always an onion omelette with organic eggs and cooked in coconut oil and dinner is protein, veg, and a bit of carb usually rice, sweet potato or maybe rice pasta.

Drinks are fruit tea, lemon in hot water, her tea.

Snacks abit of chocolate
The occasional gin and tonic

Maybe one or less a week.

Don't eat wheat so no cakes, biscuits, pasta etc
