I really struggle with breakfast but have managed beans on toast for the last couple of weeks but getting a bit bored. Never used to eat it before.
To change things about and particularly because I am not keen on any dairy, I bought some Greek yoghurt with honey in it. Really quite delicious and 150 cals BUT the sugar content is massive.
I have mixed it in with some Special K granola which again is better than my previous diet but still high in sugar. Also I defrost some berries and add those.
So my question is, to have a similar breakfast how would you make it, ie what yoghurt and what granola? I have honey at home so can add that for sweetness
