I've been really careful this week and thought I'd lose around 2 lbs. Nope I've put on 4 lbs and am the heaviest I've ever been. Slimming world used to do the trick nicely to lose a few pounds but last time I followed it I didn't get on so well. I don't live on junk and make most meals from scratch. Feel like buying a massive pizza with ice cream to follow. What's the point of eating spinach salad if I'm still putting on bloody weight.
bmi says I'm over weight I'm bulging out of my size 12 clothes and cannot get control. I'm completely lost
