I am looking for some online motivation. I started the 30 day shred 2 days ago, I feel great ( ok, I lie, I am in immense pain every time I move - but I know - hope - that will change tomorrow)! I really don't want to lose the motivation I have, especially as I know there will be mornings that I really won't want to work out!
Does anyone want to be my check in buddy?
