Mine was 6lb. Back on the wagon today apart from finishing the prosecco and gin

3 stone to target, hopefully by august

TalkinPeace · 02/01/2015 18:10

most of that is undigested food - your body will not have been able to lay that down as fat cells in so little time
two weeks of REALLY strict eating ( I'm a 5:2 fan) and it will be gone.

imjustahead · 02/01/2015 18:29

undigested food?, my goodness, where is it all then Shock, sitting in my digestive system?

i had salad stuff for tea and some boiled rice, it was very cleansing. Then a mince pie. ENOUGH!!

I put on 8lb in 2 weeks while on holiday
and lost the lot in three weeks by strictly fasting when I got home
it was fluid and food and letting my digestive tract hoover into the corners worked wonders Smile

MrsDiesel · 02/01/2015 18:39

I had put on 2.5 as of 29th but then failed to eat sensibly again after that so dreading tomorrows weigh in. I was at target so not too bad really.

cece · 02/01/2015 18:44

I have put on 7lb over the Christmas period.

I usually calorie count but have been pondering doing the 5:2 for a couple of months to kick start more loss.

imjustahead · 02/01/2015 20:58

i think i might have a look at the 5:2, i normally calorie count.

i am so sick of icky food now. daft isn't it.

its Friday night and I'm drinking water, as is DH : both of our livers want a break

Octopus37 · 02/01/2015 21:14

I have put 2 more pounds on since the 27th, eventhough I thought I had been eating less overall, obviously not. Panicking a bit about how I am going to lose it all, would like to now lose 12 pounds in total when it was only 7 or 8 pounds before xmas, know people manage to loses loads more but it just feels like so much to lose.

imjustahead · 03/01/2015 10:41

don't panicSmile
i had four now it's nine pounds but i guess we have to re assert ourselves. i have woken up feeling hungry and will have to get my stomach back used to normality.
threw out xmas cream, mince pies and scoffed last chocolate last night.

will do a clean shop today.

You're right today so far has been:

A bowl of minibix (dont have milk as I don't like it)
A jacket potato with coleslaw

Am aiming on just some soup for tea and may treat myself to a twirl bar, cannot deal with not eating chocolate at all. Know what I've had not great but not so bad either, about 8,000 steps so far, aiming for 12,500 today.

imjustahead · 03/01/2015 18:11

think i have done about 100 today.
salad and nut cutlet for tea.
toast for breakfast and lots of water today.

Do the harcombe diet for a week, I normally shift 5lb on that easily

Octopus37 · 03/01/2015 18:47

Have just had a piece of dry toast (the crust so prob a bit more) and a pot of Tesco Finest Vine Ripened Tomato Soup for dinner, was delicious and on offer at £1.20 a pot, only 442 cals if you eat the whole pot which I di so not too bad.

imjustahead · 05/01/2015 15:02

a miracle has occurred 3lb
