I have been doing the Cambridge Diet since the end of March and have lost just over 8 stone - very drastic diet but the only thing that has worked for me after years of yo yo dieting. The easiest way to get the shakes/soups/bars is from a Cambridge Counsellor who you see for regular weigh-ins, support as needed and collecting the shakes. You could phone Cambridge on 0800 161412 to find your nearest counsellor as lots of them are not listed on the website. You can buy the shakes on ebay but they are often more expensive than retail value from a counsellor and you can't always choose your flavours. HTH.

Oops sorry, missed the Q in the thread title - for women under 5'8" the cost is £32.55 per week (3 meal replacement shakes per day), for women over 5'8" or men the cost is £43.10, as they have one more shake per day. Having said that apparently some counsellors charge slightly more for the bars than the shakes and costs can vary slightly. At first I thought it was alot but then when I considered this was ALL my food for the week I decided it was less than I had been spending on food, snacks, takeaways, drinks etc before anyhow.
