Thought we should have our own What's for Tea thread. There's always a regular MN one going on.

I can't decide what to have tonight. DH is going out. I have tea planned already for my two dds (KFC treat - I will have the willpower not to buy myself anything).

Just had a lovely mushroom omelette and a hi-fi bar for lunch but am sure I will be starving later.

We had chickpea and potato curry. Twas deelish. Boil up 2lbs potatoes, chop up a couple of onions and a clove of garlic, shove it in with the boiled potatoes and bung in a tin of tomatoes, add some spinach and 2 tbsp of curry powder and a tsp of ground ginger. Let it cook for as long as you like and add some fresh coriander just before serving. Yum!!!!!

Tomorrow we are having egg chips and beans. Lovely kiddy food!
