hi, i have lost a pile of weight but threw a complete hissy fit thismorning cos i had put a couple of pounds back on. i know i should just plough on but i have another stone to lose and i am getting abit fed up i didn't eat loads yesterday (ok i nibbled 2 bits of dd's sausage). any words of wisdom for getting through the plateau and back on track or should i just wait until my period is over and i am feeling more human.

try drinking loads of water, if u r on maybe u have water retention? if u drink loads it shuld help shift it a little, what diet/plan have u been doing to lose?
also maybe up your exersise? when i stoped loseing a cupple of years ago i started swimming for a few weeks and it boosted it back up to loseing agen even after i stoped swimming,

thanks, will try the water thing. and i know you are right about the exercise but aaaaaaaaaaargh. actually it would probably help with thepmt.

not really using a diet plan as such finding it easier to just eat less and more sensibily. if i do weight watchers or something i end up thinking about food the whole time.
