Lard Removal By DVD

Popping out now (to buy food ) and have given myself the task for later of Ebaying for an exercise DVD.

So, as I know I will be hit by a unfathomable selection when I start searching, can anyone recommend me a few?

I am now living in France and about a billion miles from any gym (something I used to enjoy going to!) and I know I need something that is easy on my brain but tough on my legs iyswim.

I badly need to tone up - 4X2 hour visits a week were only just hitting the spot gym-wise.

I am weird, for someone who is not massively fat (but rest assured, I AM fat) I have the most ridiculous amount of wobble and cellulite.

I have Cindy Crawford and a Yogalates thing and these are good but I'll be fucked if they ever shift my lard.

TIA.

Try Billy Blanks Tae Boe; bit cheesy and American but it works. If you search e bay for circuits or boot camp dvds you will get some challenging stuff...be careful what you wish for!! The other thing I have tried is Matt Roberts books, which have some really good home workouts; I tend to do them whilst watching some crap tv to keep my mind off the pain....
