Skipping breakfast to lose weight...

Does anyone do this? I'm normally not hungry in the morning but force myself to eat something (porridge/eggs/muesli etc) which tends to make me hungrier mid morning!

I was thinking I could skip breakfast which would hopefully reduce my daily calories leading to weight loss?

BIWI
That article is interesting, but the terminology will confuse a lot of people.

I think its worth reiterating the point that calories and nutrition are not the same thing

having your TDEE in Gin and peanut butter
is rather different from having your TDEE in veg and chicken and fish and fruit

Talkin - it's not there for a lot of people Wink

BIWI That article is a little specialist and jargonistic, but it says what I have been trying to say on here for a long time; thank you very much Flowers
