What can I take to a friend's house as a gesture when she is doing Weight Watchers?

I am currently doing Slimming World but a friend of mine has invited us round for lunch this week. She, on the other hand, is doing Weight Watchers. I would like to take something edible round as a kind gesture but not knowing how WW works, I'm not sure what is best.
Can anyone help with some suggestions please? TIA

A tray of chocolate brownies and then scoff them all yourself to save her diet.

What about some really really posh fruit?

JackieNoHeadJustABloodyStump · 09/10/2006 13:15

Some nice ground coffee? Not strictly edible, but still...

why not just take some flowers?

the only free food on WW is vegetables IIRC which would make a bit of an odd present! Why not take some nice fruit - grapes, a pineapple or whatever is in the supermarket?

Posh coffee a good idea.

Or take her the SW book and persuade her to come to the dark side

I like melons as a present, normally take one round or raspberries from the garden when we have a playdate to go to.
