food diary thread?

Anyone up for posting their daily food intake to keep themselves motivated and inspiring others?

I think it might help me to eat healthy if I have to share it, and also give me some ideas if I see what others are eating.

I intend to start tomorrow. What do others think?

I'm in! need a bit of motivation and perspective at the mo.
Yesterday I had:
6am apple

8am homemade breakfast 'muffins' containing just egg, spinach, ham and a sprinkle of cheese baked in the oven

12pm butternut squash soup

3pm special k cereal bar

7pm chicken curry with cauliflower 'rice' my new fave thing! tastes just like rice and a quarter of the calories!

I've lost just under 2 stone eating this way (around 1300 calories) in two months combined with swimming and couch to 5k.
Getting a bit stuck for meal ideas now! Today I've just had the breakfast muffins and sushi.

How did you get on?

Your best bet is to go onto a couple of the big threads and get people's MFP IDs as then you can see lots and lots of people's menus day in day out

sorry guys, didn't start it as got distracted by wee dog's surgery :(

Will try again tomorrow.

I don't use MFP, I'm doing WW and exercise.
