The last stone

The question is how did you lose the last stone?

I lost 2 stone last year and now have a BMI of 25. The good news is that I have kept the weight off for a year Grin

The bad news is I just cannot seem to shift the last stone.

What are you tips?

Well done, especially on maintaining.

This is probably terrible advice (especially because youre of a healthy weight) but when I plateau I eat more, not over eat exactly, but close enough, for 2-3 days and then do whatever you do to lose weight; low GI, low fat, calorie counting etc.
I'm not sure of the science behind it but it really boosts weightloss when I slow.

I need to lose 5lbs myself.

Hi there, as a qualified PT I would recommend a change in exercise. Your diet has been working. Challenging the body in a new way will make it burn fat. Maybe a circuit class using weight?
