Like me i mean ?? I hate the way i look at the moment, non of my clothes fit, have gone up a dress size and a half, brought new jeans and now those are tight and I refuse to buy more.

As soon as I try and diet though, I do the opposite and stuff my face, wtf is that all about.

I suppose i want a magic wand to wave and be back to how i was really.

I have dieted succesfully once before, but went a bit too far and was then underweight.

I don't wanna be thin, just wannabe me.

I can't. But then, I wouldn't want to. They're no fun and besides, they won't take fat away permanently unless you more or less follow them for the rest of your life! Many people who go on them end up falling back into old routines eventually and gaining the weight back. Unless they incorporate exercise as well. I can't stand the organized groups, anyone else telling me what to eat and what not to. I'd rather read my DH's Men's Health and decide for myself.
