So it's been 4 months now since the birth of my LG and I finally feel ready to start aiming towards my goal weight. I have started having 2 homemade smoothies every day instead of breakfast and lunch and then I have a healthy dinner. The only ingredients I have tried are spinach leaves, coconut water, Greek yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi and banana. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for ingredients that are great for weightloss for smoothies?
