Stopped eating so much junk food and don't see much difference. Can't do too much walkin/except use as I've recently had an aneurysm in my brain and have been advised to rest after the op I had.
Any decent diets/ supplements Thant could help with weightless in the mean time?

eat within your resting TDEE, stop snacking
supplements are a con
exercise gets you thin but is not significant for weight loss

sadly its 2 - 3 meals a day and nowt else ... for a LONG time

I am constantly hungry tho.. We mostly snack on fruit in our house so it's not always junk. Would tht also be a problem?

If it's bananas or grapes in quantity it could be. I find raw carrots great

fruit is very high in sugars and low in proteins and fats that keep you full

drink more water
cut sugar out of your diet as much as possible
stop snacking at all ever
drink more water

make your meals protein dense or very low calorie density
things like veg stir fry with prawns or chicken
or shakshouka
or veg soup / stew
or spanish omelette
or aubergine and chick pea curry

less sugar, more protein
no snacking
drink more water

I agree with above it is surprisingly the sugar content in some fruits and juices. I would focus on what you are eating and ensure you are getting enough protein and a real balance of what your body needs.

I could also help with some supplements that work well for me in terms of metabolism and digestion etc. please feel free to message me for more details Smile

Drink a pint of water before you teach for your snack. I bet you are mistaking thirst for hunger.

It will help you lose water that you are retaining too which could be quite a few pounds.
