Really feeling sluggish and yuk and want to,get back on track with healthy eating and exercise.

Can anyone suggest a simple and safe regime for a week or two? No fussy foods, weighing etc.

Thanks.

I've. Done Jason vales 7 day juice detox before ( lost 5lb I think), and also clean 9 9 day play ( lost 11lb). Both effective, noth detoxes so harsh at first, but end up feeling amazing ( as well as being a bit lighter).

On Friday I am starting the James Duncan plan to kick start (hopefully) a stone's weight loss.

After the week, I will then move onto clean eating with 40 min brisk walk and the Shred.

I did a fab cleanse, lost 7lb and 4 inches in just over a week and felt great, more energised and really healthy. Happy to give more details, just message me Smile
