Hi there! I have bought some of the capsules, and really want to try the clean eating/detox period...but I have NO info whatsoever. The promised 'welcome pack' with info, etc, has not been forthcoming, and I'm stuck! Foes anyone have the list of yes/no foods etc, that they could email to me? Thank you
