Well done everyone. I am the same weight as I was last week, but I am pleased with thos as I am not trying hard to lose weight now but just trying to maintain my current weight.

Good luck to those who haven't posted yet with this week's loss.

No change for me this week. Not sure if I am disappointed or not! We had a 40th birthday party at home for my husband last saturday, so I probably did a lot of picking without realising. Pesme you are doing so well, if you don't mind me asking how much weight have you lost altogether? not just with mumsnet.

Well, I hate to lower the tone, but my weight is definitely on the up again. I'm 9 st 7lb. I know what it is - larger portions and the occasional slab of cake. I find I get through periods of disrupted sleep only by eating more carbohydrate, but I'm sleeping better again so maybe I can get this half stone off by Christmas. That's my goal at the moment. Chart out later today, so anyone else who wants to be on it please say so. Good luck everyone!

thanks smalline, i am amazed at myself. i have lost nearly 1.5 stone i was 12.5 and am now 11.2. i started the last week in august. the only thing that bugs me is why couldn't i have done this 2 years ago. i feel abit silly saying i am losing my baby fat when dd is 3 in january. of course it isn't baby fat it is biscuit and cake fat.

TortUREoiseChamber · 05/10/2006 10:17

12st 5 this week.Seem to still stay around the same but I can't say ive been very good the last few days plus AF yesterday.

Smalline · 05/10/2006 18:35

Pesme you obviously were not ready 2 years ago, so don't let it bug you just focus on how well you are doing. I did quite well losing the weight after my first (who is 6 today) but have found it a real struggle after my second who will be 4 in january, I think it has something to do with my age (I'm 45) it's not just baby fat, it's middle age spread as well.

Dear all

I am about to send out the chart - first moment I've had, sorry. Next week should be a little less manic. Good luck everyone - I've had so little time to sit down I'm already feeling thinner again!
