Well, I hate to lower the tone, but my weight is definitely on the up again. I'm 9 st 7lb. I know what it is - larger portions and the occasional slab of cake. I find I get through periods of disrupted sleep only by eating more carbohydrate, but I'm sleeping better again so maybe I can get this half stone off by Christmas. That's my goal at the moment.
