Hello . Just decided to start my fitness pal and lose a few pounds but whilst understand fruit is s healthy snack I still crave crisps . Has anyone got some great ideas for low fat snacks ? thanks ! t

Fruit is full of sugar - that's why you crave more food.
Try to have snacks that are packed with protein : cheese, ham, a hard-boiled egg...
(Natural) fat isn't bad for you. It makes you feel full.

Thank you . I just needed some quick come to foods when I'm hungry and the crisps are calling !
