fat shaming diary!

Hello!

I'm looking for some advice...
I've, what can only be described as 'let myself go'... Hideously!
Long story short, never been bigger than an 8, 10 in an absolute post Christmas crisis. Fit, active... Single.

Roll on 3 years. Two children in 2 years, no exercise, red wine numbing evenings, zero chance to child-free run, massive arse.
This has resulted in me being in the obese category!! Woo hoo!!!
Apologies if this is coming across as a little mental, but just weighed myself in boots. Seeing it in black and white has made me hysterical.

So I'm looking for a website that I can upload photos of my wobbliness on a weekly basis to a) shame the crap out of myself and b) track any potential progress.

I'm now trying to go clean and lean, plus 3-4 exercise sessions a week with my helpful husband childminding.

Any advise? I really want to get all the gory details on an online diary so I can't hide from them... Denial has led to this utter travesty of a human specimen!

Also, if anyone fancies joining in.. I have 54lbs to lose (that makes me feel slightly giddy!!!)

Thanks lovely people x

why don't you start a blog?

wordpress.com/

I don't think people here like the concept of fat shaming! I am in your shoes though. Had to go up to size 18 jeans but convince myself I look ok (I do think I look ok though - great hair and skin, nursery teachers told me I 'always look so glamorous!!' Ego boost!) but I hate being fat.

Was trying to be "good" today - cake at tea break, risotto for lunch, kit kat chunky at my desk, bit if cake when I got home, chic cookie watching tv!!

However if you're serious the blog suggestion above is a good one. I use wordpress link and it's fairly user friendly.
