Clean 9

Has anyone tried this? I'm thinking about giving it a go after a friend lost over a stone in 9 days. I was wondering if she is an exception or if this is what I could realistically expect.

I've tried googling for unbiased reviews but all I can find are reviews by distributors, which clearly AREN'T unbiased!

Thanks

HI I've never heard of this, what's it all about?

I lost a stone in 3 weeks due to Gallbladder trouble.....I lived off lucozade for the 3 weeks.

Isn't clean 9 just basically the same, only having fluids for 9 days but at over £100.

I have a FB friend always trying to sell this on her page.

(Disclaimer: I am a forever loving distributed), clean 9 isn't only fluids for 9 days, it's 2 days liquid (shake). Then 7 combination of shakes and solid real food. It is primarily a detox but weight loss is often a side effect if u like. Losses range and are individual. I lost 8 lb last time I did it. It is rrp at £120. Skin hair feel fantastic with the aloe gel. And it's a great way to kick start weight loss.

After my first child. Was the biggest septic to juice plus products. Don't want to rave on about them as people use all types of shakes. Vitamins and health capsuals. Each to their own. Lost detoxing a great amount of weight plus baby weight. Not only did I drop from size 14 to a 10 and was aiming for a size 8 breaking bad eating habits prior. Fell pregnant with baby number two and waiting for his arrival shortly!

Now yes I believe shakes aren't long term fix at all. The products do work with their gold approved awards. They are only given when doctors try and pin them down for not working but nothing was proven wrong with the products. It took 4-6weeks for me to break bad habits. Around 10weeks to notice the change visually but after 12weeks started gaining a cleaner meal diet plus an active life style. Habits are hard to break but for me really worked to the extent I help others find their happiness with guiding and helping them with products. But I must say I only take capsules being pregnant now and only cos I'm running around after my daughter find it quick and easy to take supplements. Not saying their a fix for the real deal but in a rush n to get them in a diets easier but never looked back from the shakes to start my clean living habits now. It's truly fab. I didn't weight myself as I was training and was disheartened by not budging weight but it all toned up nicely and could see the results by eye. Tape measure at first though.

The are a few products out there but jp for only £32.50 a month isn't anything at all. Honestly best discussion I made taking not a 'quick fix' but healthy lifestyle programme. To break habits it's great. Now I eat normal food shops. It's not a 9 day cleanse like cloud9 as it takes awhile to break habits but my weekly food bills down too now n all I eat is healthy normal food and capsules.
