How's it going for you?

Hi, it's my 6th week at London, and I have lost 10kgs (1.5st+). I have a total of 3.5st to loser, so I'm almost to the halfway mark. Its not easy, but it's doable. Your social life does get affected, but when you see the weight dropping, that would be the last thing on your mind.

It's tough around festivals and occasions (Xmas, for e.g.), so I'm going to be under major pressure to be disciplined... How are you doing?

Hello ?? it's nice to hear from others on the diet. I've been doing it for 4 weeks now and lost about 1 stone. They discovered I have an under active thyroid so my BMR is very very low so weight loss hasn't been as fast as I hoped.

I'm really struggling with tablets, TBH I've given up on most of them, how do you both find them?
