Is the miminum 10000 /day?...what do you need toachieve for weight loss...?..I walk 2 miles every morning how many steps would that be roughly?

Yes, target is 10,000 per day. Exact distance depends on your stride length, but for me, 10,000 steps is about 5 miles per day.
