Realistic goal

Big event coming up. What can I realistically aim to lose in 30 days? Thimking of doing shred 5 or 6 days a week and jogging about 4 miles 3 days. And cutting out booze and crap. ???

It depends on how overweight you are to begin with.
I lost over a stone the first month, without exercising.

By the way, your body needs a least a rest day a week. Don't overdo the exercise thing.
