An accountability check-in? Looking for mates!

Whichever way you are doing it if you are focusing on weight loss and fitness would you like to check in to make sure you are staying on track? I have a habit of letting other things take priority but I want some pals to spur each other on to greatness!

I'm slowing gearing up, actually went to weight training 3 times this week and have lost a few pounds. I am starting today at 151.5 lbs (10.10 stone). I would like to get to 135 (9.6) with muscles and less chub. My first goal is to get under 150lb and do some form of exercise each day. I have not been under 10 stone since I had my last baby (8 years ago!!)

Who wants mates for encouragement?

Would love to join in if I may. So much of it is to do with motivation and accountability, meaning so much of it is in our heads:-)
It's probably not a great time though given the festive season and all...But, I am so determined to shift the remaining baby weight - 2nd baby turned 1 today!
I'm 157lbs and 5ft5.5in. So, would be delighted to shift 15lbs. I'm an online SW member.
My only goal until Jan 2nd, is not gaining more than 3 lbs. Start afresh once new year celebrations are over.

Happy Christmas to all!

Hello to all, how are you doing?
Christmas wasn't too bad, I seem to weigh roughly the same, but my trousers are definitely tighter. Does that mean I've lost muscle to fat?

DH bought me 10 power plate sessions last year, I only used 2 of them in about 6 months, so booked more appts, and did my first one on Monday-it was much harder than I remember and I really felt stiff and sore yesterday.

Would love to keep the thread alive...

Hi aislinglouise. I'm your height and reckon I weigh what you do.

Imight get weighed at the end of January when I will be 31 days in.

So I roughly want to lose a stone. I'm doing Mfp and sticking to 1200 to 1300 cals a day with little to no exercise as I've been I'll and need to build up my stamina first.

I eat healthily before this diet, so just more of the same ans cutti g out nearly all the chocolate.

I have a daily juice at lunchtime six days a week which I hate.

But today is Sunday roast dinner day....Yeeeha

Realised recently that I wasn't really losing weight by trying to exercise and only cutting down slightly on eating. Lost only about 1.5 kilo since beginning.
So am now trying the fasting route-also realised I have been 'fannying around' on this thread since Oct last year and not really achieved anything...so here goes...

Dowser, Aislinglouise, how are you doing?
