As you can see there's a long way to go.

I start tomorrow. Cambridge diet.

Please keep this thread going and hassle me, ask me how I am, don't let me avoid you Grin

I can't, as you can see.

I know I'm disgusting but please don't be mean.

Don't be ashamed. You are more than the number on the scales.
You'll do even better with your weight loss if you can find reasons to like yourself.

Best of luck with the diet :)

Yup good luck, just started a calorie controlled healthy eating plan last thurs and had weigh in wed this wk, lost 8.5lbs not Cambridge tho!
It's a total motivation boost seeing the numbers go down but if I have one bit of advice, you need to work out too! Keeps it off longer!!

I don't know about the Cambridge diet .....

You're just cutting calories so are obviously going to lose weight but do people keep the weight off afterwards? I'm not sure.

I'd just have a lifestyle change. Get an instagram account and start following fitness experts, it makes you realise how easy and not boring it is to eat better and feel better.

Don't ever feel ashamed of yourself though.

Thank you, but that method isn't for me at this time.

I am ashamed of myself for letting myself get into the disgusting state above and am going to do something about it!

It's not a method though, it's adapting a new way of thinking and feeling better - because your body is getting what it needs and you lose weight the correct way and keep it off.

I just think cambridge is a quick fix and if you lose the weight and then gain it back it will just demoralise you. I've been there and know how hard it is.

But it's your choice.
