Hi all
I am currently trying to get back into shape and am taking up running/jogging. I am by no means fast but I am not sporty so it's the one thing I feel motivated to do when it comes to exercise.
I am lucky that my husband has a treadmill so I am doing a few miles here and there when baby is asleep, he is only ten weeks old so it works out well.
I have even enquired about joining a local running team that run at all levels.
Anyone else take up running after having a baby and get results? Be great to hear from you?.,xx
