Having been on the way chubby side for way to long, I needed something cheapish and easy to follow, especially with a brood of 5 monkeys at home to take care of!Grin

So I started last week a size 18, 14 stone and with a bmi that is obviously obese.

Anyone want to join me on my route to a new body?Smile
2 shakes a day, a few low cal snacks and a 600cal dinner everyday, a week later and I'm pleased to say I have lost 4lb this week and I'm delighted.

Yes I know people say this is a fad, but I find it easier to follow and for now it is working for me, plan on doing this for a whole year.
My first goal is to get down to 12st and that is my challenge at present!

Well done pumpkin, you've found something that works for you, that's half the battle won. 4lb in a week is a great start. I'm following the "slightly disordered eating" diet which is how I always kept my weight down when younger. It's also how I suspect most people stay slim Grin. I'm sure your slim fast is a healthier approach than mine! I am taking supplements however in an effort not to kills myself! 5 children is a lot, as might have been said to you before Hmm, what's the age range?
