Hi all
DS was born just over nine weeks ago by c-section and I am ready to get fit and healthy and get my confidence back!
I have started the 'hip hop abs' DVD and I have a treadmill so am going to start running on that; as an added incentive I have signed up to a 10k run in May, i have never done more than5k so for me will be a good challenge
I feel really motivated at the moment but I know I struggle with willpower sometimes!
Any positive/motivating stories out there will really help me!
