Hi I signed up for my fitness pal last night after lurking on this board which I had been avoiding doing. I am 5ft 9in just hit 40 and massively overweight. I feel so hideous.
I keep thinking of Stephen Frys description of himself as a bin bag full of yogurt and that's exactly how I feel 
I have had two children in last 5 years and haven't lost anything. I work full time and try to exercise in my lunch break but it's not enough and I get no other time. I'd be happy to get to 13 st but it seems a huge task. Guess I'm just trying to say hello and trying to get some tip and inspiration!!
