Anyone tried it? Seems to be alot of rave reviews on amazon... I'm a bit nervous to try them myself x

I hadn't heard of it, but a quick google produced this article, which suggests it doesn't work.

Ha ha ha. I tried these once in desperation. They gave me spots. Big spots. I may be a bit stout, but I have never ever had spots.

Thank you!!! It's my daughters 1st birthday soon and I certainly do not want big spots on all the pictures haha x

Hi, did anyone try the garcina ? As I'm thinking of using some now along side dulcolax which is a stool softener (laxative)
