Struggling to stick to diet on maternity leave

Last year (pre DD) I lost 2st on SW and felt absolutley fabulous!
I put on 2.5st whilst pregnant and since her birth in April I've lost 1st with SW again.
But lately I've lost all of my motivation and can't stop eating all day. I'm on maternity leave and do something everyday but it's the coffee and cake mornings / outings with yet more coffee and cake that I can't resist. I'm usually back at home around 2hrs before DP gets in from work to make dinner, do jobs, etc but during this time I just eat... anything and everything. I can't help it Confused
Please someone give me advice kick up the bum as it's starting to get me down.

Come join the 1st September thread. I'm following SW but not going to meetings (was a member after baby 2) to lose baby weight. My dd is 4m old and so far I've lost 16lbs, 5 of those this month, and have 15lbs to go. I think being a little bit accountable helps, even if it's to online buddies.
I have no off switch when it comes to chocolate and cake, but I've fairly successfully cut refined sugar completely and feel much better for it.
Eat more protein and fewer carbs and you won't need to snack. I haven't cut out carbs but have switched to wholemeal rice and pasta and smaller portions, and hardly any bread.
What's a typical day now, maybe we can suggest some other options?

I'm struggling to lose that final half stone and my downfall is crisps. My mat leave is finished but I'm working from home so temptation is still there!

OP just wondering do you manage to do any exercise , walking with the pram or anything ?

I often find that the fresh air is invigorating ( as I mainly binge due to lack of sleep ! ) and also after a long brisk walk I'm less likely to spoil my good work by eating junk.
