Last year (pre DD) I lost 2st on SW and felt absolutley fabulous!
I put on 2.5st whilst pregnant and since her birth in April I've lost 1st with SW again.
But lately I've lost all of my motivation and can't stop eating all day. I'm on maternity leave and do something everyday but it's the coffee and cake mornings / outings with yet more coffee and cake that I can't resist. I'm usually back at home around 2hrs before DP gets in from work to make dinner, do jobs, etc but during this time I just eat... anything and everything. I can't help it 
Please someone give me advice kick up the bum as it's starting to get me down.
