Hi, my local Weightwatchers has closed down and due to lifestyle (work, kids) there are no other groups I can make it to. The weekly weigh-ins were pretty good at keeping me on the straight and narrow but now I'm just using the app it's so much harder to be disciplined.
I'm quite old-fashioned in that I like simple diets (eat less, exercise more) so not that interested in 5:2 or Lighter Life or anything.
I know I can do this. Just need a wake-up call. Any words of wisdom / motivational speeches anyone..?
