Right I'm absolutely mortified with myself. Before I had my son I was a size 6/8. After I had my son I was a 10, I managed to stay that way for about 6 months, then I started my final year of uni and everything went to shit!
A year later and I'm a size 16 and haven;t been anywhere near a set of scales as I'm terrified of how much I'll weigh!
I'm 5'1 so obviously being a size 16 when I'm so short is kinda a big deal!!!!
I've decided to sort myself out and have been doing this couch to 5k app on my phone, so go running/walking 3 times a week for about half an hour, it slowly build you up over 8 weeks to be able to run 5k. I don't think I'll manage it in 8 weeks but I'm trying really hard.
I just really need help with my diet.
I end up writing out complicated meal plans and then struggling to keep to them!
If someone could just point me in the direction of a really basic diet that's easy to cook I know I would stick to it!!!!!
Help please!

Don't diet as such. Eat the foods you normally like and cut the portion in half and use a smaller plate. Diets often end up in bingeing in my opinion so I find that if I have what I want (in much smaller quantity) then I don't feel deprived. You have to find what works for you.

This lovely thread was started 2 weeks ago and it has a lovely rainbow chart to put your weight on (if you want). We weigh in weekly and are all on a mission to lose weight for Christmas. Want to join us?
