Have fallen into the trap of buying chocolate from the vending machine at work as "lunch"
I have been working shifts and never got into good habits for food at work so live on toast, chocolate and biscuits. No canteen so limited choices.
Have just got a new job that is 9-5 and want to get organised for lunches and lose some weight. Trouble is I can't inspire myself beyond sandwiches and fruit.
I don't eat meat which limits my options.
Can anybody recommend a book or a website for ideas. I know if I just do sandwiches I will get bored and revert to old habits.
