I smoke, eat alot although mostly homecooked and am very inactive (been off uni for 3 months with nothing to so) ans am overweight....
did the first step earlier and was a nice challenge but didnt make me feel like giving up and cant wait until Friday to do the next step!!!
I urge you allllll to give it a go :)
has anybody else already started/finished it?
