I lost a significant amount of weight with Rosemary Conley's eat yourself slim. Unfortunately I've put it all back on. I live overseas and am seriously thinking of joining a weight watchers group as I need to get back into a group support dieting environment.

Alternatively I'll just get my old Rosemary Conley resources out. They seem tired now.

It works if you work it, so I know it will take hard work and at least a couple of years to shift 105lbs.....'cause that's what I lost last time.

The last time I weighed myself, about 6 weeks ago, I weighed 106kg. I daren't calculate how much that is in stones and pounds, save to say it's a lot.

I'm 5'2" tall. I know I'm mixing my measurements. My BMI is over 30, morbidly obese.....yeah, I know.

Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness went bust this year. She's still got an online diet. I think I need something tangible and up to date.
