Slimming World- Can you keep following this plan while pregnant?

I'm not, btw. Friend has lost 2 stone following this on her own and found out she is pg. She doesn't want to undo all her good work!

I think you can I know you can do it whilst Breast feeding. I think you just up the healthy extras or something.

yep, fine to carry on through pregnancy just make sure you have all heathly extras and inform class leader. Also you need to fill a form and get it signed by midwife or gp.

Thanks. She's not going to class. Just wanted to make sure it was OK to keep going with it on her own.

I told her to run it by mw anyway.

There used to be a PG mum at my class - we used to give her a congratulations clap for putting on weight every week . Not sure what she had to do differently to the rest of us. To be honest - Slimming World is more of a healthy eating plan than a diet so she can't go too far wrong. I would imagine that the Healthy A's would need to be two a week instead of one.
