And I'm a 32ff. I want to start the 5.2. Should I start with 5:2 or 4:3?

I have always stuck with 5:2. You could start with a straight three day fast to kick things off if you can face it?

Or look at the Paul Mckenna which reeducates your eating habits. NO starvation, no calorie counting, weighing or eating rubbish 'diet' food. It bloody well works too , I've lost nearly 3 stone and am maintaining.

You can get the books DVDs etc. it also addresses the emotional side to over eating (so learn to like yourself).

I started 5:2 yesterday but suspect reeducation is the more sensible option. I don't know what's wrong with me. I just want to eat constantly. I can't be arsed cooking do I'm mostly eating rubbish food. I'm too scared to weigh myself. Goodness only knows how much weight I've put on. I'll look into Paul McKenna.

Good for you! May I suggest that you change your name ; you have to learn to love yourself with Mackenna!!!
