Hiya im determined now that as im 105kg and need to lose atleast 40 kg that I need to make changes.
I just find it hard gettin the right recipes.
I love fosh but im not big on mackeral or salmon and thats wat keeps coming up. Ilove all veg really im not much of a picky eater tbh.
I just meed some really healthy meal suggestions eg breakfast lunch dinner. il try anything really. Just fed up being fat now my dp and I are ttc and if I lose some weight it would be very beneficial. Any advice and help u can give me would be fantastic. Also exercise workouts ect would be verymuch appreciated thanks
