I am on day 13 and have lost umm... 9 lb. I love it, I add natural flavours or cocoa / coffee, mix it with water, unsweetened almond milk, or vita coco, also have V8 veg juice, hernal teas and 2 cups of ordinary tea a day. I am on phase 2 now which is 2 shakes and 1 meal. I did 5 days of phase 1 (3 shakes a day), I would have carried on but I couldn't bear boiling up loads of veg and then throwing the veg away to keep the water! I am not hungry between meals and really finding it pretty easy. I have plenty of energy too.
