Looking for company on Exante!

Day 1 of Exante. Doesn't bode well that I'm hungry already! I have 7 hefty stone to lose. Sob.

Hi, I am day 4, with 3 stone to lose. How are you finding it? I got a mixed pack so experimenting with shakes,bars, porridge and meals, hoping to find I like most of them as that will make it easier!
