I've done so well and I know I have but we had a week of BBQs, birthday parties etc this week.

I am also looking after DD and DSD and they are both choked up with cold and its blowing an absolute gale out side so I dont particularly want to inflict that on them. I'm itching to go outside for a walk with DD in back pack :(

Feel like such a failure but I'm eating stuff without even thinking about it!! I don't want to be that size before. I seem to have lost all motivation

What method did you use to lose weight?

You can do it! Have faith in your self and eat if you are hungary but the right things x

Just eating healthily and exercising more. I have tried slimming world but really didn't like it if I'm honest. I've lost weight before but always gone it alone.

I put weight on after DD was born. I absolubtely ballooned. It was a mixture of mild PND and absolute shock to the system of sleepless nights and general lifestyle change..

I'm in my Dorothy Perkins size 14 'stretch' jeans and I don't think this last week has made too much difference. I've been doing loads of housework etc to keep my mind off eating.

I'm a bugger for slamming two slices of toast in the toaster and lathering butter on them though. Several times a day - the worst thing is that I don't even think about it when I do it
