Portion plate

Just wondered whether anyone has used one? I was looking at the one that come with the information booklet and online support - I know there are a few out there, think this may be the 'original' one- although I am aware that its not necessarily an original idea. I already eat less than I used to, just not sure if my portions of proteins, carbs etc are correct. Cannot be bothered to weigh, this seems like a good solution...

I use a side plate and metal kids cutlery and just make sure that half of the plate is filled with lower carb veg/salad, the rest divided between protein and starches. Cheaper, slows you right down and reduces portion sizes. Smile
