Ok big confession to make. I'm really sorry but broke my diet on the 1st day, then on the next and then on the next. I decided not to bother as I was too embarrased to admit I had buggered up on my 1st week.
I was going to email you Demented and tell you it wasn't the right time for me to lose weight.
Went shopping today for new clothes in a big persons clothes shop. Got undressed in the changing room where there were 3 mirrors so you could see everything.
My A*@e & legs look like the sea on a rough day, orange peel doesn't come into it.
I did manage to find a pair or trousers but I was looking for tops as well. All the tops I found were too long and tight and showed off my tummy and bum or they were too baggy and made me look twice the size.
My partner and I have decided to diet together and he's good at will power. We are going to start on Monday. I know if I don't stick to it, he will, so I'm going to give it a go.
Demented - I will email you on Thursday with my results and just to let you know, you'd better add another pound to my starting weight.
